Replacing Hansi Flick
On April 27, 2021, Bayern Munich appointed Julian Nagelsmann as head coach on a five-year deal, effective from July 1, 2021. Nagelsmann replaced Hansi Flick, who had been at the helm of the club since 2019.
Nagelsmann's Career
Nagelsmann was born on July 23, 1987, and has been head coach at Bayern since July 2021. Prior to joining Bayern, he was head coach at Hoffenheim from 2016 to 2021.
